Warm welcome and thoughtful details

We chose this apartment based on reviews and were impressed by the host’s welcome: snacks, beer, coffee and more in the fridge, a cosy apartment, and generous touches including homemade plum cake. The apartment is cared for and has everything for a comfortable stay. Beach access is nearby; we usually found parking under the building. We also visited Krk and Baška and loved the scenery. We will definitely return.

Wonderful apartment and host

A perfect, modern apartment equipped with everything you could think of, friendly and comfortable. Beautiful bathroom, comfortable bed, inviting sea-view terrace. Irene welcomed us with cake, fruit, wine and little gifts. Netflix was a bonus when the weather was poor.

Thoughtfully equipped apartment

We booked for the location and reviews and were not disappointed. Access details arrived before arrival; Irena showed us around on site. The fridge was stocked for a great holiday start, with charcuterie, cheese, olives, fruit, wine and other drinks. The apartment is spacious, air-conditioned, clean and lovingly furnished. Lovely sea view from the balcony. Irena checked in regularly to see if we needed anything. The nearest beach is a few minutes away via steps; we always found parking nearby. A wonderful stay overall.

A home feeling on holiday

After an 11-hour drive we found everything as agreed. Welcome drink on the table, fruit bowl, fridge stocked with milk, juice, yoghurt and more, pasta in the cupboard, bread and a platter of treats. The coffee machine was ready. We could arrive and feel at home immediately — and we did.

Very comfortable with great hosts

The host left gifts of food and drink which always makes us feel welcome. The neighbourhood is very quiet with a couple of small shops for supplies.

The apartment was perfect and lovingly equipped; Irene was warm and helpful. Kraljevica is not heavily touristed, with mostly locals on the beach. The path to the beach was a bit rough and the stairs aged, but the water was fantastic. Quiet days without stress.

Fantastic stay! Lovely apartment right by the sea. The host was very attentive and filled the fridge with treats. The apartment has every comfort, super clean and new. Lovely balcony with sea view. Short walk to bakery, supermarket and a few restaurants. Kraljevica is not touristy, which we loved. We will definitely come back.

Key safe code arrived by email the day before and worked perfectly. On arrival we were pleasantly surprised: fruit basket, pastries on the table and a stocked fridge with cold cuts, butter, yoghurt, juice, water, beer and more. Communication with Irena via WhatsApp was easy. Everything we needed for a relaxed holiday was there. Note: access from the street parking involves some steps.

Everything excellent. The location is about 100 m from the beach; the view matches reality. Quiet beach, ideal for families, clear sea. Beautifully renovated apartment with everything needed. Hosts stocked the fridge with water, beer, juice, fruit and wine, plus coffee and tea. Warm, attentive people who helped us when we had a flat tyre nearby. Kraljevica is small but well placed for Krk, Rijeka and Opatija.
